No yoga experience required
This series is led by Julie Hinks. An experienced teacher, Julie received her 350 A-ETW YTT at East to West Yoga in Toronto, completed the Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certification through the University of Toronto and the Advanced Training in Trauma-informed Yoga Therapy through Sundara Yoga Therapy in Ottawa. Julie creates safe spaces that encourage participants to take the time to nourish and support themselves through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
